The "SMW Pro" was developed by Laboratory "Sensor-Tech"
The Laboratory has been established to develop new technologies and products for people with hearing and visual impairments (including deaf-blind people) in Russia and in the world. The question area of research and developments encompasses such scientific and technology directions as bioengineering, biotechnical systems, nanoelectronics and electrotechnology, information and communication systems, neurology and neurophysiology, genetics as well as some other areas. Implementation of such projects can have a significant impact on successful socialization of deaf-blind people in Russia. The Laboratory has been founded by the Deaf-Blind Support Foundation So-edinenie (Con-nection). In 2019 the Laboratory "Sensor-Tech" has become a Skolkovo resident.
